Sculpture Completed for Non-Profit, On Belay.

I had wished for quite some time to work alongside a corporation or small business to create an iconic sculpture for their organization.   When I met Ruth Abelmann  at a local art fair in Durham, NH (and a couple of art commissions later)  the idea that I could get involved in the process of creating work for the organization On Belay came up.  We met several times after that in person, and at On Belay events.  Stephanie Beck became my touchpoint person.  After several months we agreed on a design which I had created in wire, and then with the help of autocad technician, Deiter Kunath we were able to create our 7 foot tall aluminum sculpture which is currently on display at the Browne Center in Durham, NH.    Ruth had suggested a smaller piece to sell as a fundraising item and after much recalculation we were able to create the subsequent 8" tall sculpture.  The first was given to the donor last week who had helped make this project a reality.    On Belay now has a maquette to
